Repairs

Please Read the Information below completely then fill out before submitting. I grant permission to Phonecloudplus to perform any action deemed necessary in an attempt to repair my device. Furthermore, I release Phonecloudplus from any liability for any data loss which may occur, or component failures occurring during attempted repair, testing, or at any other time. Phonecloudplus is not responsible for loss of profit or any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage occurring during or after device service. Returns at Phonecloudplus are accepted only for items in their original, resalable condition with all packaging intact, and must be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason provided. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges, and exchanges may be offered at Phonecloudplus discretion. Certain items, such as used or damaged products, are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Phonecloudplus. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt, and refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days. Phonecloudplus reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Discounts

All the discounts are capped at maximum of ÂŁ100 and the newsletter discount can only be used once.
